PURCHASES, PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Customers may purchase artworks directly from our website with or without a UnikArt account.
All prices on the website (currency in use) are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR / Rs).
Payments for artworks may be currently made in cash or via bank transfer.
UnikArt offers free delivery within 3 to 5 days in Mauritius.
Oversized, Bulky, Large & Fragile items may take longer due to logistics.
Customers are responsible to provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays or additional charges.
UnikArt does not currently offer International Delivery.
No warranty is offered on any artwork due to the nature of original art.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or measurements may occur due to differences in digital displays, lighting, and the handmade nature of artworks. These do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.
Refunds and returns are not applicable except if an artwork is damaged at or before delivery.

ARTWORK LISTING & SUBMISSION

Artists wishing to sell their art will need to register for an Artist Account with UnikArt.
All artists will have to comply to additional terms available before registration or each time they submit a new artwork.
Artists need to be over 18 years of age and a Mauritian or resident of Mauritius.
Artists under 18 years old will require additional consent from their parent or legal guardian.

PRIVACY & DATA

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in our Privacy Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UnikArt is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform.
UnikArt is not responsible for any issues, losses, or disputes arising from third-party services, including but not limited to payment processors and shipping providers.
